National minimum data set (nmds-sc): use it or lose it!

All unactivated accounts will be deleted by October 2009!

Are you one of the employers who completed a paper version of the nmds-sc some time ago and have not yet gone online to refresh your information or to activate your online account? Skills for Care have been holding your information on your behalf, but it is now significantly out of date and needs to be refreshed. You can do this by logging onto the nmds-sc online system. You will previously have been sent a password and log in details. If you have lost those, or if the person who originally collated your information has left and you need new log in details, please contact the helpdesk on 0845 8730129.
